DESCRIPTION

Light yellow colored water stabilized calcium soap grease made out of highly refined base stocks
 

APPLICATIONS OF CALCIUM BASED GREASES :

Effective lubrication in wet conditions due to inharent water resistance Easy to apply because of pumpability For general purpose lubrication where speeds and loads are moderate and where operating temprature does not exceed 80 °C, these greases are suitable. Highly suitable for water pumps, plain bearings operating at slow speed and also can be used for ball and roller bearings in non-severe light duty service

LITHOX HITEMP GREASE
This is stiff non melting grease.It retains in its place for a longer period of time from 25 degree upto 205 degree. It posses a characterstics of low volatility and vapour presence of the base materials selection which acts as a sealant persisting high pressure and high vaccum. This is most resistant to water and chemicals. They have high mechanical stability for long life and protection against rust.

APPLICATIONS OF CLAY BASED GREASE :

This LITHOX HITEMP grease is use in the controls stystem and lubricating plugs where the valves persists high pressure when they are under operating conditions for a long time despite a high temperature and high pressure.High temperature greases are high in demand in places where heavy mechanical load is required.

LITHEX-EP  
Greases are premium quality lithium based multipurpose extreme pressure greases manufactured from high refined  base oil comprising with specialty selected extreme pressure additives for higher load carrying ability. They have water resistance property, credible structural ability, higher drop point, outstanding rust preventive ability and very good oxidation stability.
 
APPLICATIONS OF LITHIUM BASED GREASES
EP Greases are recommended for all types of Industrial applications for plain, roller and anti friction bearings in wide variety equipments operating under severe shock loading conditions, such as earth moving equipment.
